H. Noelle Vaughn, MS, OTR/L

Noelle Vaughn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Fort Lewis College, with a major in Elementary Education, as well as an English as a second language endorsement and a minor in French. Miss Vaughn taught elementary school for five years and went on to earn her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University. She has worked in a variety of pediatric and adult practice settings including schools, clinics and in-home pediatric therapy. In addition to having her own successful practice, Miss Vaughn helped to establish the nonprofit organization, Kids Included of Colorado. She loves working with kids one-on-one, as well as in group settings and has had the opportunity to work with children from around the world, incorporating her second and third languages into her practice. She is a Colorado native who loves working with kids, being outside, and traveling.

Amy Chadwell, MS, OTR/L

Amy was born and raised in the state of Washington where she graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University.  Amy went on to earn her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Brenau University in Georgia. Amy has been working with children of all abilities from a very young age through volunteering at a pediatric occupational therapy clinic, internships at Head Start, and various nannying opportunities. Amy has experience in sensory processing, working in the school system, as well as working with adults. Beyond work, Amy enjoys dancing, running, and spending time with friends and family.

Kailey Cerefin

Kailey Cerefin, MS, OTR/L


After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from Purdue University, Kailey went on to receive her Master of Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University. She is originally from Indiana and has loved any opportunity working with kids including leading summer camps, after-school programs, gymnastics classes, and working at a developmental daycare. Kailey gained experience in occupational therapy practice settings of adult inpatient acute care, skilled nursing, outpatient aquatic therapy, and pediatric inpatient rehabilitation. During her free time, Kailey loves hiking, reading, practicing yoga, traveling, and exploring Colorado.

Kayley Goertzen, MS, OTR/L

Kayley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with certificates in Neuroscience and Human Needs and Global Resources from Wheaton College, IL. She went on to receive a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University. She grew up in Slovenia and Colorado and has loved any opportunity to work with kids and their families from a variety of cultural and linguistic backgrounds through childcare, after-school programs, ESL tutoring, and self-help classes. Kayley gained experience in occupational therapy working with adults and children in school, clinic, skilled nursing, college support, and immigration and resettlement community settings. Kayley loves riding her bike, taking pictures, embroidery, traveling, drinking tea, and playing with her dog. She loves speaking Spanish and is bilingual. She also might have too many plants...
